In the heart of Noceto, in the province of Parma, is the Violin Making Museum, housed in the historic Rocca dei Sanvitale. This museum celebrates the art of violin making, with valuable instruments that testify to the evolution of the construction of violins, violas and cellos, in particular thanks to the work of maestro Renato Scrollavezza and the Parma Violin Making Company.

In addition to the collection, the building is home to the "Renato Scrollavezza" International Violin Making School, which welcomes students from all over the world, offering training in traditional and innovative techniques.
