Mount Sporno, at 1,058 meters above sea level, is one of the most panoramic peaks of the Parma Apennines. Located between the Parma and Baganza valleys, it offers spectacular views that, on clear days, extend to the Alps.

For lovers of walking, Mount Sporno is an ideal destination. The trails are accessible from various locations in Langhirano, including Castrignano, Riano, Vallerano and Ramiano. One of the most popular routes is the Castrignano-Monte Milano-Monte Sporno ring, about 12 km long and with a moderate difference in altitude, perfect for a half day immersed in nature.

Every year the Mount Sporno Trail is held, a sporting event with various routes for more trained trail runners and hikers.
