Culatello and Masalén Museum: discovering the prized cured meat of Parma

The Culatello and Masalén Museum is located inside the Antica Corte Pallavicina, a charming historic building located in Polesine Parmense, in the province of Parma. The museum is dedicated to the celebration of culatello, one of the most prized and well-known cured meats of Emilia-Romagna. Through a journey that tells the story of the tradition and gastronomic culture of the area, visitors can immerse themselves in the art of preparing this product, a symbol of culinary excellence.

Opening hours:
From February 1st to December 30th: Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00 (last admission at 17:30). Closed on Mondays.
January: Closed.

Full: €7.00 (audio guide included)
Reduced: €5.00 (for groups and over 65s)
Family: €10.00 (for 2 adults and all children)
Schools: €3.00 (for students aged 6 to 18)

Tasting of Culatello and cured meats from the Bassa (€7.00)
Guided tours for groups (€25.00 for groups of 11 to 25 people)
