Cotto di Branchi is a family business in Felino, in the province of Parma, specializing in the artisanal production of high-quality cooked ham. Its roots date back to the post-war period, when Erminio Branchi began curing hams. In the 1960s, his son Franco began producing cooked ham, and in 1987 the family officially founded the company Branchi Srl, now led by his sons Franco and Giovanni.

The flagship product is Cotto ’60, a cooked ham made with Italian pork legs, without refined sugars or artificial flavors. Instead, honey and natural spices are used, with a hand-salted process that maintains the quality of the meat. This ham was awarded the "Best Cooked Ham in Italy" award by Gambero Rosso in 2024.

Branchi cured meats are distributed in selected shops and restaurants, and are a perfect example of Parma's gastronomic excellence.
