The Culatello di Zibello Festival is one of the most important food and wine events in the Province of Parma and attracts thousands of visitors every year to the heart of the Bassa Parmense. It is an event entirely dedicated to Culatello di Zibello PDO, an absolute excellence of Italian pork butchery and a symbol of the local area.
