November Porc… let’s hope for some fog! is one of the most famous food and wine events in the Province of Parma. Every year, in November, it brings the villages of the Bassa Parmense to life with a series of stops dedicated to the tradition of pork butchery.

The Zibello stop, home of the famous Culatello di Zibello PDO, is among the most anticipated: for three days the town turns into a large open-air village of taste, filled with aromas, flavours and an authentic autumn atmosphere.
