Zuarina is a historic cured meat factory located in Langhirano, in the heart of the Prosciutto di Parma area. Founded in 1860, the company is a point of reference for the production of this prized cured meat, known throughout the world for its quality and delicate flavor.

If you are in the area and want to discover the production process, Zuarina offers guided tours that will allow you to see up close how the ham is made, from salting to maturing in the cellars. During the tour, you will also have the opportunity to taste the famous Prosciutto di Parma.

Tours take place every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:45 and last about an hour and a half. Reservations are recommended with a minimum of 4 participants.
