Located to the left of the Taro river and washed by the Po river. Besides breeding and dairy processing, recently there have been developed some industrial, craft and services realities. On the banks of the Po, in Torricella plase, there’s a an important port for nautical sports. The town all is inside the Rocca fromTerzi family, which dominates the historical center of the village.The dialect company “the sissese” represents traditional comedies. In Sissa there’s the training school of the sausage makers “norcini”, experts in the processing of pork. The “spalla cruda” is the typical salamai of the area. During the summer it takes place the championship of watermelons’ eaters.
