A Family Story

The story began with Augusto Cacciali, known locally as “Gusten”, who settled in Zibello after the war and dedicated himself to cheesemaking.

His knowledge was later passed on to his son Graziano, who continued the family business and combined cheesemaking with the local tradition of cured meats.

Today the company has reached its third generation, maintaining a strong connection with the gastronomic heritage of Polesine Zibello.

In 2008, the business received a gold medal from the local Chamber of Commerce in recognition of fifty years of activity.

Parmigiano Reggiano and Local Traditions

Cacciali is part of the Parmigiano Reggiano production system and combines cheese production with its own ageing facilities and retail outlet.

Its connection with cured meats adds another important element to the company's identity, bringing together two of the great food traditions of the Parma lowlands.
